December 2024 Update

We hope you had a happy and healthy Thanksgiving holiday. Speaking of holidays, here's our gym schedule for this month:

  • December 20th: The gym will have reduced hours from 6am to 3pm.

  • December 23rd-January 1st: The gym will be closed.

  • January 2nd: Open with regular business hours.

WALKTOBER WINNERS

Congratulations to our top 3 Walktober winners:

The top 3 participants averaged over 20,000 steps per day throughout the month of October. This was our biggest year for participation to date and we look forward to next year's event!

Small Group Training

In search of a guided workout routine, but your budget is a little tight after the holidays? Consider small group training with one of our knowledgeable trainers!

Find a friend to keep you accountable in 2025 and take advantage of the discounted prices for small group training (between 2-4 participants).

Email kara@ignitebiofitness.com for more details and to arrange a fitness assessment prior to your first group session. All packages (5 or 10 session packages) include a free SECA body scan.

Group FITNESS CALENDAR CHANGES

  • Yoga with Isha has been removed from the December group fitness calendar on Thursdays at noon.

  • There will be no classes on Friday, December 20th.

  • There will be no classes on Thursday, January 2nd & Friday, January 3rd. All regular group fitness classes will resume on Monday, January 6th.
