Here's What's Happening in April…
April 3rd: *NEW* Yoga on Thursdays with Sophia
Join Sophia on Thursday evenings for yoga at 5pm beginning April 3rd. We will consider keeping this class on the group fitness calendar if participation levels remain consistent.
This will be a 45-minute class and will be held in the spin room. The class limit will be 8 participants, so register in advance to reserve your spot!
April 18th: Sign Up for 3-on-3 Basketball League
Join our basketball league which will begin the first week of May at the sports courts. We need at least 5-6 teams to move forward with league play.
Submit your 3-person roster (plus one or two subs) to Sung@ignitebiofitness.com by Friday, April 18th.
April 23rd: Strength Series with Sung
This month, Sung will focus on upper body strength with an array of pushing and pulling upper body movements. This workshop is not limited to movements with the barbell. Sung will also cover dumbbell movements such as curls, rows, presses etc.
The class will be in the spin room on Wednesday, April 23rd from 12-1pm.
Registration will open a week before the class and is limited to 8 participants.
April 28th: Rooftop Spin Class
Join Tiffany on Monday, April 28th at noon on the rooftop for 45-minutes of Spin & Strength in the sun. Take a ride outdoors as you breathe in that fresh spring air and pedal to the music. Bring some sunglasses and water, as shade will be limited!
Registration will open a week before the class.
